Mixing instructions: Add 1/2 cup dry marinade to 2 cups water or juice for every 15 lb. of meat. Submerge or inject meat at least 30 minutes before cooking/grilling. Also, great as an Au Jus!
INGREDIENTS: Salt, dextrose, maltodextrin, yeast extract, sodium phosphate, natural flavors, XAnthan gum, dehydrated garlic, spice soybean oil, modified food starch, rendered beef fat, palm oil, and not more than 2% calcium silicate ( added to prevent caking.)
