BRINE.INJECT.SOAK.
Mixing instructions: Add 1/2 cup dry marinade to 2 cups water or juice for every 15 lb. of meat. Submerge or inject meat at least 30 minutes before cooking/grilling. Also, great as an Au Jus!
INGREDIENTS: Sugar, salt, brown sugar, sodium phosphate, dehydrated onion and garlic, hydrolyzed corn protein, yeast extract, spices, xanthan gum, molasses, maltodextrin, corn syrup solids, soybean oil, natural flavors, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate caramel color soy sauce solids (Wheat, soybeans, salt) Palm oil, tamarind, and not more than 2% calcium silicate (added to prevent caking).
Allergens: Soy and wheat.
