Kosmo’s Turkey Brine will increase moisture in beef, pork, turkey, and fish to give you outstanding taste, texture, and tenderness. Mixing instructions: 1 cup Turkey Brine to 1 gallon water, blend well. Place turkey in container breast side down and cover completely, place in refrigerator covered of 1 hour per pound. Remove from brine, rinse, air dry in refrigerator (covered) for 4-6 hours. Rub with Kosmo’s dry rubs and cook. Ingredients: salt, brown sugar, spices, Worcestershire powder. Contains soy.
